Description
As per SPEEDCUT99, the V cut version is a semiautomatic pneumatic diptube cutting machine; by inserting the tube into a custom made hole and applying slight pressure, an air switch is opened that triggers a small cylinder connected to a sharpened punch with a V shape. Length adjustment depends on the positioning of the cutting apparatus, and can be varied from a minimum of 30 mm to a maximum of 260 mm. The diptube diameter determines the matrix unit supplied with the machine, different sizes of matrix are available depending on the customers’ requests. Speedcut can be supplied with more than one matrix as these can be easily substituted by the client. SPEEDCUT99 can be powered by any compressor. Speed and productivity rates depend solely on the operator’s pace. Precision and duration are guaranteed.
